Established in the year 1998, we were one of the pioneers in manufacturing and exporting of African textile products. Exporting to Africa since the year 2000, we have mastered the art and science to source, manufacture and supply a huge range of textile and apparel products and services. Our operational expertise is in creating an effective distribution network in the African markets. Under the leadership of our founder and M.D., Mr. Shailesh Hirpara, we have achieved a well-established market share in the African textile market.
With a current capacity to produce 70,000 meter per day and a utilisation of always more than 85%, we have our own manufacturing facility in Rajkot, Gujarat – a composite fabric processing and printing unit where we conduct the entire process in-house, from procuring raw grey fabrics to printing, finishing and loading the finished fabrics in export containers at our same premises. We are steadily revolutionizing the production for African textile products using improved technology and an innovative approach to selling, thus creating long-lasting & exclusive partnerships with customers to create value and growth in the markets.
Our focus market is African and Gulf countries, with direct and indirect supply to more than 15 countries in Africa. In a market where quality standardisation is rarely offered to customers, we strictly adhere to deliver exactly the same superior quality each and every time. Quality checks and standards are rigorously set and recorded at every step in our production process, thus allowing us to produce consistency. SOPs for quality checks, stock keeping and employee appraisals are set in order to maximise output and efficiency.
We also take immense pride in being a part of the green revolution. By using only agro-waste fuels and a surplus of renewable wind energy for our production plant, we strongly believe in keeping our city and planet healthier.
